You may drive your car in the Netherlands with a Ukrainian driver's license
Do you have a Ukrainian driver's licence? Then you may drive in the Netherlands if you are under temporary protection. This applies even if your driver's licence has expired. The Ukrainian government automatically renewed driving licences as long as the state of emergency is in place in Ukraine. This also applies to beginner's driving licences (two-year licenses) and driving licences in Cyrillic script.
If your driver's licence is lost or stolen, you are not allowed to drive. You must then apply for a new driver's licence through the Ukrainian authorities.
