Online advice from VWN is available
VWN consultation hours are primarily online. Some municipalities still provide VWN consultation hours in person. During the online consultation hours, you get legal and social advice from VWN.

VWN organises theme nights throughout the Netherlands
VWN organises theme nights throughout the Netherlands starting in April 2025.
Some evenings are about healthcare in the Netherlands. For example, Ukrainian refugees can get information about mental healthcare. There will also be sex education. And attention will be paid to birth care. Other theme evenings are about work and labour rights in the Netherlands.
These evenings welcome all Ukrainians living in reception centres (not in their own homes). You can read more about these evenings later on RefugeeHelp.
Festivals for children
There are festivals again during the holidays for children (and their parents). Here there is a lot of attention for the children, they can talk about their (mental) problems. You can read more about these activities later on RefugeeHelp.
